The Human Resource program offers discussions with guest speakers and industry experts on a wide range of topics relavant to the HR profession. Recent past events include; the Paradox of Engagement, exploring employee engagement; coaching and training workshops. 

Events are not limited to HR Professionals, members and guests from all professional backgrounds are encouraged to join, to understand and explore people matters.

Susan Rogers

Susan is a qualified accountant from the UK with over 25 years of senior management experience in Finance and General Management. Her background initially was in manufacturing and more recently white label assistance services for motor manufacturers.  She worked for the Allianz insurance group in south London for 15 years managing diverse teams of employees both office and field based and has dealt with a number of restructures and business changes during her career. She moved to Singapore in May 2014 with her husband on their first expat assignment. She was General Manager at a growing insurance company in Singapore for a year and a half with responsibility for HR, Operations and Finance. This has given her valuable experience of MOM and MAS compliance, staff recruitment and local contractual matters.

In her free time she enjoys going to the gym and exploring Asia on holidays with her husband.
