Lavinia Thanapathy

Lavinia Thanapathy has an international 16-year record in corporate communications for businesses, government institutions and not-for-profit organisations. A lawyer by training, Lavinia is currently the Associate Director for Communications at the NUS Faculty of Law.

Lavinia has a distinguished history of community service in Singapore. She served as Honorary Secretary and Head of Communications on the executive board of HCA Hospice Care, a registered charity for 5 years. Lavinia joined PrimeTime in 2001, and has served as PrimeTime President for two terms. She has also held several other PrimeTime Board roles over the years, including 1st Vice President, Communications Director, and Volunteer Director.

Lavinia also currently serves on the baord of the Singapore Council of Womens’ Organisations (SCWO) where she has been instrumental in introducing issues affecting expatriate professional women in Singapore to dialogues with the Singapore government and to the CEDAW shadow report for Singapore.

Lavinia is regularly invited to speak at corporate and industry events on the topic of women at work and gender diversity, both topics she is passionate about. Lavinia is married to a German diplomat and together they have a blended family with 5 children.

Vice President
Jenny Wiegleb

Jenny Wiegleb is from the State of Maine in the U.S. She has 10 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Dole Asia Holdings. She has been based in Singapore since 2013.
Jenny moved into human resources after working in legal, internal audit, global risk management and quality assurance at Dole. Prior to Dole, Jenny was an attorney for Patton Boggs LLP based in Washington, D.C., focusing on corporate and commercial transactions. Jenny has a Bachelor’s degree in Comparative Area Studies from Duke University (focusing on political economy in East Asia and Southeast Asia). She also has a postgraduate degree in Law and a Master’s Degree in East Asia Studies from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
Apart from being a member of several professional organizations, Jenny is also a keen volunteer. She has been a member of PrimeTime since 2014 and volunteers with the registered charity, Daughters of Tomorrow, serving as a Board member, Chair of its Audit Committee and mentor. In her spare time, Jenny enjoys cooking, the arts, pilates, and spending time with family and friends.

Bharti Chhonker

Bharti Chhonker is a Chartered Accountant and Lawyer from India. She grew up in Delhi and graduated in commerce from University of Delhi. She has been working with BMW India Financial Services in the Corporate Finance Team for the last three years. She worked in the areas of Auditing, Taxation, Financial Planning and Accounting. Bharti was responsible for maintaining books of accounts, preparing Financial Statements of the company, co-ordinating with headquarters in Munich and regional treasury team as well as managing relation with external partners like banks, auditors, tax consultants and vendors for the company.
She moved to Singapore in June 2015 and is currently enjoying marital bliss with her husband. She enjoys travelling and cooking in her leisure time. She is a young professional who believes in honesty and smart work.

Liona Potrikus

Liona Potrikus was born in the Netherlands from a German father and Dutch/ Indonesian mother. She knew at an early age that she wanted to discover the world, travel and work abroad. And so she did, during her studies of International Business and Languages she did her internship in Spain and not long after completing her studies she worked in the world of tourism in Egypt, Italy, Croatia and Sri Lanka.

She fell in love with a Sri Lankan and together they came to Singapore 2007, where she worked in the relocation industry for 8 years. In 2015 she changed her career path and started the office in Singapore for a Dutch dairy trading company where she is responsible for developing the business. She has held positions in business development, public relations, account management and department management. 

She has been on the PrimeTime Board since 2016 and her wish is that all women in Singapore would become part of the PrimeTime community. The community (for women and run by women) truly inspires her to be the best she can be, and the community shows her everyday again how important the role of a woman is in business, in the family and in a social environment.

Clare Holmes  

Clare Holmes is an Administration Manager from the UK. She grew up in South Wales and has over 13 years experience working for MNCs in the UK and Middle East, with extensive corporate board level experience in HNW client and stakeholder environments.
Clare enjoys travelling, exploring new places and visiting historical sites, museums and cathedrals.

Katia Melazzi
Katia Melazzi is a marketing and strategy professional with extensive experience in a variety of international roles in FMCG and not-for-profit companies. Her track record includes driving business growth in multiple geographies and the effective repositioning of leading coffee and cosmetic brands. She is also a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment and leadership. 


Katia is currently serving as President for Tabitha Foundation Singapore - a not-for-profit organisation focusing on lifting underprivileged Cambodian families out of poverty through different Programmes. She is also President for Nokor Tep Society Singapore - a company supporting the construction of the Nokor Tep Women’s Hospital in Phnom Penh. 

In her most recent assignment with Mondelez International she was given the responsibility to lead a multi-functional and multi-country Venture Team to deliver a European Snacking Strategy. 


She holds a Master in Marketing & Communication and a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Economics from Bocconi University in Milan. Katia has been working in several countries and living in Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, the United Kingdom and now Singapore.

Neetha Sanjay

Neetha Sanjay, a Dental surgeon from the land of Mindfulness and Yoga, India moved to Singapore in 2000. She has 10 years of experience in the dental industry with expertise in marketing and business management with some of the prestigious dental establishments like the GPA dental group, NDC and also large private medical service providers heading their dental division.
She is also a panelist for indiaparenting.com, an online parenting portal and enjoys counseling on parenting issues. Apart from serving as a Co-chair for the Mindfulness & Wellbeing Group, she is also a member of Boardagender, DOT, Women’s Register and also involved in various NGO projects.
Being in the business of creating great first impressions with beautiful smiles, she strongly believes in being positive and spreading positivity. Her philosophy in life goes by the saying "Be strong and travel your own road & if there’s no road, pave one for yourself!!"
She is very passionate about getting involved with women’s empowerment and supporting children’s welfare and education. She enjoys reading, travelling, yoga, painting and exploring different cultures and cuisines.

Kavya Kanchana

Kavya Kanchana is a passionate sales and business development professional with close to 13 years of IT Industry experience in Large Account Management with international clients spanning industry segments and geographies.  
An Electrical and Electronics engineer, Kavya opted to work in the world of IT sales as it combined her passions for technology, people and business. Relocating to Singapore in 2014, Kavya currently works for Hewlett Packard Enterprise where she is responsible for managing and growing the Asia-Pacific business for some of HPE's key Global Customers, most of them Fortune 500 companies. 
Kavya hails from the beautiful state of Kerala in India and has keen interest in social causes on education, girl and women empowerment and the environment. Besides being a member at PrimeTime she also currently volunteers as a Storyteller at the NLB, Singapore.

Nithia Devan

Nithia Devan is a Marketing and Communications professional with more than 20 years of experience working for MNCs in healthcare, high tech and other industries.

She has a background in life sciences, healthcare and marketing and communications. Nithia studied and worked in the UK. She has an honours degree in Applied Biology from the University of Hertfordshire and an MBA from the University of Edinburgh.

Nithia currently works on marketing communication and editorial projects on a freelance basis. She is a passionate supporter of the arts in Singapore and also a foodie and a cooking enthusiast. She also enjoys going to the cinema and travel. 

Nithia is Singaporean, joined PrimeTime in 2001, and has been an active member through the years. She has co-chaired the Marketing and Community Outreach subgroups. She also launched and co-chaired the Arts Group. She has been serving on the PrimeTime Board since 2015.

Events Director
Aurelie Saada

Aurelie Saada has about 12 years of international experience in risk management and consulting, both in banking and insurance business. She has experience in risk matters covering various areas, as well as knowledge in product development, conduct risk, compliance and regulatory matters. Born in France, she discovered Singapore through an exchange program in 2004 and fell in love with this country, its culture and the food since then. She definitively moved to Singapore in 2010 with her family: she’s currently heading the risk department at AIG Singapore and is part of the executive committee. She holds a Master in Management in Audit and Consulting from a French international business school as well as a few local certifications from the Singapore College of Insurance.

Aurelie truly believes in developing diversity at work and increasing ethics in our day to day. She’s currently part of a corporate group raising inclusion and awareness on disabled persons in the working environment. Through her previous job positions, she was also part of associations promoting women empowerment in the banking industry.

Aurelie is involved in the local community by being a member of Riding with Disabled Association since 2010, where she helps disabled persons to overcome their handicaps through horse-riding lessons. This was the perfect combination to merge her passion for horse riding with her will to help others reaching different goals.

Magdalena Poulin

Magdalena Poulin has over 10 years of diversified and multinational work experience. Currently based at AIG Singapore, she oversees the strategy and implementation of diversity & inclusion programs for the APAC region. She seeks to foster a culture of inclusion across the region enhancing the AIG's brand and market relationships. 

A Polish national, Magdalena received her Masters degree in English Studies at the University of Lodz in Poland. She also studied HR Management at the Cork Institute of Technology and Griffith College in Ireland. Her previous career includes a mix of D&I, HR, Talent Management and CSR roles in the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions. She has experience developing and managing various talent development programs and mentoring initiatives to promote growth of young diversity talent in Singapore. 

Magdalena is a member of the Singapore Business Network on Disability and a mentor in the AIG Student Innovation Program for students with disabilities.

In her leisure time, she enjoys sports, music and traveling around the world with her family.

Outreach Director
Mrinalini Venkatachalam

With experience spanning over a decade, Mrinalini Venkatachalam has worked to bridge the gap between unmet social needs and service providers, giving large corporates, government agencies, community organizations and social enterprises the platform to create measurable social impact. Amongst other things, she plays a key role in engaging the youth and public in Singapore on understanding and taking concrete steps to address often neglected women's issues in an environment where they can so easily be forgotten due to the affluence Singapore enjoys.

Mrinalini speaks regularly at schools, community events, corporates and conferences about the role that gender equality plays in achieving a more sustainable world for everyone. She has been awarded the Singapore Women's Weekly's Great Women of Our Time award in the Public Service and Education category and has recently been nominated as one of Cleo Singapore's 2016 top ten Changemakers.
