The PrimeTime Events Operations team is composed of a group of PrimeTime member volunteers that support the PrimeTime Board/ Events Director activities. 

The Team is responsible for sourcing event venues and handling operational activties for PrimeTime's 2nd Thursday meeting, advising on SIG meeting venues, managing venue relationships, and oversight of Special Events such as the annual Holiday Party, International Women's Day event and PrimeTime AGM. 


PrimeTime is seeking an events operations team member -  assist with Events Operations activities such as site visits for venue review, and be a part of the operational planning team for PrimeTime's Special Events. Assist in the event execution of the 2nd Thursday meetings (once a month) and other annual special events.
