About the Speaker: Grace Chew

Ms. Grace Chew is currently the Executive Director of G Gianna Consultancy Pte Ltd.

Grace established G Gianna Consultancy Pte Ltd, Singapore in 2010 to provide business management consultancy services in strategic planning, change management, merger and acquisition, intercultural intelligence, and training and development. G Gianna’s customers include MNCs and SMEs from USA, Europe, Middle East and Asia. 

Her career spans 25 years with 15 years in various senior management positions in the area of customer service, sales and marketing, business development, relationship management and aftermarket covering industries such as airline, hotel, automobile, food and beverage, material handling, industrial printer, healthcare and energy industries.

She is also a PhD candidate in International Business Management with International School of Management, Paris.

Her research specialises in “Critical Success Factor of the Mergers and Acquisitions Performance: Interrelationship of Planning Stage (Pre-merger) and Integration Process (Post-merger).
