How to Use Strategic Planning for Organisational Effectiveness

Jump-start your 2018 business planning! Enjoy a 2 Course Working Lunch discussing Business Strategy Planning.

Every business owner or leaders knows strategic planning is critical to their business. However few companies do it well.

Guide your business or organisation to assess your current market position and perform SWOT analysis so you can make informed, strategic decisions as you build your 2018 plan.

Create a long-term plan with strategic roadmap to build a sustainable business to accomplish your vision.

This session will cover the definition of strategic planning; the strategic planning cycle; its importance and purpose in organisations, and formulation versus execution.

The presentation will explore on these key questions:

  • Why strategic planning is important?
  • What are the outcomes of strategy planning?
  • How to execute strategy planning effectively?

As well as finding out about what strategic planning can (and should) do for your organization, discover why you should not expect the strategic planning process to inherently fix for your organisation.

(Ticket includes a 2 course lunch selected from a set menu, designed for busy professionals networking on the go).
