She has successfully executed numerous complex financing solutions for large companies and projects across the renewable, power, energy, commodities and metals & mining sectors, spanning Asia Pacific and the Americas.

She has developed a strong interest in sustainability and environmental issues and believes that despite the major issues the world is facing, we can all be part of the solutions and that all actions are important, no matter how small.

Throughout her career, Florence has predominantly worked with men and understands what it feels to be the only woman at the table. She truly believes in building a strong female network and supporting one another, and this is why she originally joined PrimeTime.
