Ramya Bhaskar

Ramya Bhaskar is a program manager by profession, an engineer by education and a mentor by passion. She has over 13 years of experience in the Information Technology industry managing global projects. She has a Masters in Electronics and Communication Engineering and is certified in Leadership Principles.

A passionate mentor since 2017, she is a member of several mentoring programs run by NGOs where she guides young girls and students through their careers and leads them towards their goals. She also gives mentoring talks to inspire her fellow mentors on how mentee relationships can last a lifetime.

Ramya is a firm believer that young girls empower the world and need support in cruising through their careers and challenges. In her free time, she loves to read contemporary novels, cook for her family and spend time with them amongst nature.
