About the Speaker
As CEO for Mercer Singapore and frontier markets, Peta is responsible for the day-to-day business management to assure Mercer exceeds client’s expectations and deliver upon our brand promise of creating healthy, wealthy and talented workforces across the region. As a leader of over 500 employees, Peta is focused on growth, business portfolio mix, partnerships and people excellence to help our clients tackle the problems of today in preparation for tomorrow. Peta is also the Chair for Marsh McLennan Singapore, overseeing the four businesses: Mercer, Marsh, Guy Carpenter and Oliver Wyman. As Chair, she drives internal synergy across the businesses and optimize Marsh McLennan’s total portfolio of risk, strategy and people capabilities for greater market impact. Outside of Marsh McLennan, Peta is a Governor for the American Chamber of Commerce Singapore, a Committee Member of WorkWell Leaders Workgroup and an active member of Women Corporate Directors. With extensive experience in advising multinationals on change and workforce transformation, Peta is passionate about making a difference and always looks to drive high performance through people in an authentic and sustainable way. This stems from her background in Organizational Psychology and experiences of living in many different parts of the world.
Cathy is a professional coach, facilitator and speaker working with multinationals across Asia to develop more authentic individuals and leaders. She has 32 years of international corporate experience which affords a depth of understanding around challenges faced by leaders in the complex world of organizations. Cathy’s focus is on supporting clients to increase self-awareness, understanding of the impact they’re making, courage to have difficult conversations and to change how they’re being in the world so they have a bigger impact. In coaching, she uses Integral coaching methodology to create deep sustainable change, and she brings in honesty, experience and humour in working with group facilitation. Her last corporate role was Head of Marketing of a NASDAQ-listed business-to-business media company. Cathy holds an MBA degree from the Kenan-Flagler Business School of UNC Chapel Hill, and is a Professional Certified Coach (International Coach Federation.) She is a Past President of the Asia Professional Speakers Singapore Association, and speaks for organizations virtually and in-person. Cathy spoke at the PrimeTime Women In Leadership Conference and the PrimeTime Global Summit, and was a coach/facilitator of the recent PrimeTime Leadership Programme for women. She is originally from the United States, and has been living in Singapore and working across Asia for more than 23 years.
Sarah heads up Executive Search for Global Corporate Functions & Asia Pacific Commercial Functions at Johnson & Johnson. In this role she partners with global functional & regional commercial leaders turning business strategies into actionable talent strategies at Senior Director level and above. Partnering with HR leaders across all regions Sarah and her team develop talent strategies to address diversity, critical talent gaps, build a talent pipeline and help the organization assess and select talent for both today’s and tomorrow’s business needs, creating a competitive advantage in the business and talent marketplace.
Over her 12 years with Johnson & Johnson, Sarah has worked in a variety of local and regional HR roles, in Australia, Japan & Singapore with experiences including HR strategy, HR business partnering, merger and acquisitions, compensation and benefits management, organization development and design, and talent management. Prior to her current role, she was Head of Diversity & Inclusion for Asia Pacific, where she built the first Asia Pacific Diversity & Inclusion strategy, laid the foundations to support the deployment of the new D&I strategy, including setting up Employee Resource Groups, Sponsors & and Diversity & Inclusion Councils across Asia Pacific.
Over her 20+ year career Sarah has established herself as connected, empathetic and inclusive leader, who seeks to reveal opportunities to talent where they can fulfil their personal purpose and live into their highest potential.
