Time to Heal: Mental Health in a Post-Pandemic World

14 July 2022 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Looking forward to you joining us for our In Person 2nd Thursday Event!

The pandemic has had an immense impact on people’s mental health across the world. As we slowly emerge from two years of social restrictions, it’s time for healing and transformation.

In our next 2nd Thursday event, in partnership with KeyNote Women Speakers, Natalia Rachel takes the mental health conversation far deeper than ever before to inspire thought, action, and systemic change.

Through a blend of storytelling, conceptual learning, and self-inquiry, participants will walk away ready to cultivate a new way of living, relating, and leading.

In this session, you will:

• Look at mental health in a new way and understand the origins of trauma

• Understand the complexity of the human experience and the essential areas for integrated healing

• Harness the power of relationship dynamics to support change at work and at home

• Be inspired to continue on your personal path of mastery and expand empathy for others

Register below and join us for an evening of insightful conversations!

About the Speaker

Natalia Rachel

Natalia Rachel shares her voice to begin to remedy the world’s state of hustle, trauma, disconnect, and disrespect. Her insights into the human condition and our profound need for healing, self-compassion, empathy, and belonging, inspire audiences to awaken their hearts, illuminate their patterns and step forward towards self-care and relational repair.

She is a proud recipient of the Women Icons Asia Award (emerging entrepreneur) for social impact in the domain of trauma-informed culture transformation & self-mastery education.

As a speaker, Natalia brings an amalgamation of knowledge from years working as a therapist and clinic director with a focus on trauma & abuse recovery, as well as her own personal journey recovering from mental health misdiagnosis and physical health conditions that stemmed from childhood trauma.

She shares a kaleidoscope of knowledge garnered through mainstream and mental healthcare, complementary healthcare, and the spectrum of healing art and spirituality. Distilling over 20 years of her own lived self-mastery, her messages share a profound understanding of oppression, power, and the path of self-reclamation. She speaks to the parts of us that are craving to be seen, heard, and understood.
