As busy mothers, do you find yourself always on the go, busy, tired and stressed out?

Would you like to learn fun, pleasurable and nourishing way to reconnect with self. After all, you can’t pour from an empty jug and you’ll need to take care of yourself too.

Join us for an hour-long art experiential session with PrimeTime member Dian Handayani. Dian is a trauma-informed sex and art psychotherapist, and founder of Nambani. Together she will journey with you in creating a self-care plan that will nurture self-connection.

The talk will be conducted in Person!


This workshop will help you understand:

  • Understanding the stress response and how it can impact your well-being
  • Exploring ways to reconnect and nourish self




About the Speaker

Dian Handayani

Sex and Art Psychotherapist, MSc (Med) HIV, STI and Sexual Health (Counselling), MA Art Therapy, AThR, Colourfully Pte Ltd.
Dian provides trauma-informed sex therapy and art psychotherapy services for adults and couples of all genders and orientations. Her work in sexual health focuses on female and male sexual dysfunction, including sexual pain, libido issues, erectile difficulties, unconsummated marriages and relationship issues. She has recently completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
