Angela is a senior strategic leader with more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry and is known for her inclusive leadership style, commitment to excellence and proven track record in exceeding business goals.

She has led cross-cultural teams across APAC, EMEALA and the USA to create innovative solutions for business growth and transformational change. Her professional competencies lie in marketing, business strategy, market development and change management.

Angela boasts a rich and diverse sales and marketing background; she is known for her successful leadership through empowering the team and developing efficient strategies to achieve the aims and goals of the organisation. Her leadership and people skills have made her stand out: an enthusiastic mentor, she takes great pleasure in helping team members and colleagues succeed, considering this to be her greatest personal achievement.

Angela was born and raised in Singapore where she currently resides with her family. In her spare time, she enjoys the adventures of scuba diving and travelling as well as spending quality time with family and friends.

Most recently, Angela served as the Membership Director of PrimeTime during the Executive Board Term 2020-2022.

Susan is a qualified accountant from the UK who, in 2018, changed her career path and set up her own company coaching business professionals in English communication and providing editing and proofreading services.

Before moving to Singapore in 2014 she spent 15 years working for Allianz insurance in finance and operations roles and has extensive experience in managing large, diverse teams. Having worked in MNCs at a senior level for most of her career, she has a unique insight in to large company cultures and working practices.

As a PrimeTime member and volunteer for the majority of her time in Singapore, Susan recognises the importance of supporting women to reach their potential as well as the benefits of having a strong professional network. She served as Partnerships deputy then director on the 2020-2022 Board.

Shubhada Bhave

Shubhada Bhave

SECRETARY

Shubhada comes from India and has been living in Singapore with her family since 2004.

She has more than 15 years of strong legal and regulatory experience across India and Singapore and is recognised as a capable business partner with business acumen and ability to manage stakeholder engagement across diverse teams and geographical areas.

She has served in various capacities such as the Head-India Practice based out of Singapore for an international law firm, and Partner with an Indian law firm in India. She has also been an entrepreneur having founded a Singapore based business consultancy to provide commercial and regulatory advice.

She is a certified anti-money laundering specialist and is currently transitioning to the financial crime and compliance domain and is particularly interested in cybersecurity, cyber and crypto crime.

She strongly believes in the vision and objectives of PrimeTime and that every woman can reach her highest potential.

She is an avid reader, and her interests include geopolitics, travelling and meeting people.

Florence Bostyn

Florence Bostyn

TREASURER

Florence has spent over 10 years working in banking in Asia Pacific, the Americas and Europe, focusing on energy and commodity financing.

She has developed a strong interest in sustainability and environmental issues and believes that despite the major issues the world is facing, we can all be part of the solution and that all actions are important, no matter how small.

Outside of PrimeTime, Florence likes hiking and outdoor activities and wishes to protect the world and nature around us for her small children to enjoy.

Tavy Cussinel

Tavy Cussinel

Tavy is a British national with more than two decades of experience working in the communications industry in the UK, Europe and Asia. She currently holds a Managing Director role within a global communications agency headquartered in Singapore.

Her key skills include strategic planning, project management and coordination, leadership and team navigation, campaign implementation, logical and critical thinking, polished presentation skills, crisis management and both client and media relationships, all with sharp attention to detail.

Her media network across the globe has a depth and breadth commensurate with her years of experience.

Tavy holds a degree in French Studies from the University of Portsmouth, UK and Université Sorbonne Paris Nord, France.

Outside of her professional life, Tavy is a mother to three young girls, a fitness junkie and a fierce advocate of lifelong learning.

Tavy is new to Prime Time but believes that her experience can support the mission to help every woman reach their full potential.

Fernanda Nidecker

Fernanda Nidecker

Fernanda is a digital marketing strategist with a particular focus on social media marketing.

She has worked with a number of brands in the corporate and retail sectors in the UK to develop social media strategies to increase brand visibility, grow online communities and drive sales.

Fernanda started her career as a multi-lingual journalist with over 10 years of international news desk experience in Brazil and at the BBC in London, where she developed strong written and presentational skills in some of the most challenging environments. She has a track record of managing projects to delivery with commitment and positivity.

Passionate about female empowerment, Fernanda has volunteered for a number of women’s organisations in London. She joined PrimeTime soon after moving to Singapore mid-2021. Fernanda is a strong advocate of PrimeTime core values and wants to play a pivotal role in helping women achieve their ambitions and dreams.

Nadine Nached

Nadine is a professional with over 10 years of experience in a diverse range of positions from human resources, to project management, communications and operations coordination across Asia, the Middle East & Europe. Leveraging her multicultural background and her three languages (French, Arabic, and English), Nadine is passionate about working with intercultural teams and contributing to the support of businesses on diverse programmes and initiatives for local and international companies.

A mother of four, she works on balancing parenting responsibilities and work obligations and is excited to share an enthusiastic and positive mindset with others who also seek empowerment and support. Today, Nadine is the Marketing and Communication Manager at Centre Stage Schools of the Arts, which has the mission to empower children of all ages to develop communication, group collaboration skills, resilience, confidence, imagination and creativity. These children will be our future professionals, leading teams towards progress and success.

Susan is an English language coach and proof reader from the UK who transitioned a career in finance and accounting and formed her own company in 2018.

Before moving to Singapore in 2014 she spent 15 years working for Allianz insurance in finance and operations roles and has extensive experience in managing large, diverse teams. Having worked in MNCs for most of her career, she has a unique insight in to large company cultures and working practices.

As a PrimeTime member and volunteer for the majority of her time in Singapore, Susan recognises the importance of having a strong professional network. She is keen to forge more partnerships on behalf of PrimeTime with like-minded organisations in Singapore in order to give members the best possible opportunities for their personal growth and development.

Julie Kenny

PROGRAMMES DIRECTOR

Julie Kenny is an experienced Executive Trainer/Coach and Writer with a passion for learning and development.

She specialises in facilitating Leadership Skills programmes, Communication Skills programmes as well as interpersonal and behavioural related training. For more than 13 years she has worked across all functions and levels of organisations.

As an executive coach, Julie is supportive and encouraging. She believes in helping those she works with to understand what areas they want to develop and what steps they can take in that direction. She provides those she coaches with insights and practical steps for real and permanent change.

For the past few years, Julie has been developing her passion for written communication. She has set herself the challenge to research, write and publish articles on business and fitness topics that she finds interesting. She has also written several novels during Covid.
