Katia is an Executive Coach specialising in leadership & transitions. Born in Italy, she has since travelled extensively, working in ten different countries, including Singapore, where she has lived with her family since 2014.
ICF qualified, she has worked with corporate professionals at leading companies from more than 40 countries across five continents. She brings together a unique blend of coaching and mentoring skills with a solid management background and geographic exposure across Europe & APAC.
Before transitioning to coaching, she spent two decades in the corporate world in a number of international leadership roles.
When not wearing the coaching hat, she enjoys giving back by supporting women’s empowerment. She passionately believes in the PrimeTime mission and has served in a variety of positions in the non-profit association for the past seven years.
Catherine originates from Canada and has spent the last eight years in Asia with her family. She has 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and diagnostics industry. Considered a business generalist she has spent time in leadership positions in marketing, sales, operations and government/NGO relations.
Catherine has a passion to lead cross functional teams and work in complex VUCA environments. In 2018, Catherine made the transition from multi-nationals to start a new path as the regional director APAC for a global communication and events planning agency.
Catherine is a strong supporter of women in leadership and actively supports the PrimeTime mission to help every woman reach their highest potential. In her spare time she loves to travel throughout Asia, hike in the jungle and sail on the Andaman Sea.
Katharina is a self-employed Management Consultant & Programme Manager who leads international teams to deliver innovative products to customers. Untangling complex projects, prioritising, solving problems and supporting teams in their decision-making process is how she adds value. Her team members trust her because she creates team identity and cohesion, gets the job done, challenges them where needed and always supports them.
An optimist at heart, she believes that with the right mix of a ‘can do’ attitude, dedication, generosity and wit, women can move mountains. Adding PrimeTime Business and Professional Women’s Association and its strong support network to the equation, she is convinced members can provide each other with the right impetus and tools, build confidence and lift each other up to be ready for new challenges in their professional or personal life.
Shalini is a Financial Controller and has over 10 years of accounting and finance experience. She works for a large MNC which has given her the opportunity to gain valuable international experience in Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, Germany before returning to Singapore.
She also has experience with the shared services industry, supply chain management, strategy development and navigating through large organizations.
Out of the office she is an adrenaline junkie who loves the outdoors and obstacle races. She enjoys hiking, cycling and hitting the boutique gyms in Singapore. She enjoys good food, wine and travelling.
She is new to PrimeTime but with a combination of a professional and educational background in the finance world, she aims to bring a fresh view and make a positive impact on the organisation.
Angela is a Singaporean and has been part of the PrimeTime community since 2015. She is a senior strategic leader with 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry and is known for her inclusive leadership style, commitment to excellence and proven track record in exceeding business goals.
Angela has led cross-cultural teams across APAC, EMEALA and the USA to create innovative solutions for business growth and transformational change. Her professional competencies lie in marketing, business strategy, market development and change management.
She is passionate about working with diverse groups for their different perspectives and truly believes that all women can reach their highest potential through the opportunities provided by PrimeTime for professional growth, social connection and community outreach.
In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, reading and spending time with friends and family.
Saumya has 10 years of international experience in strategic partnerships and omni channel retail business growth.
Born and raised in India, Saumya moved to Singapore with her family in 2013 and enjoys volunteering at various places including the National Library, National Parks and as a grass roots leader in her constituency. She keeps herself up to date with industry trends through digital marketing and tech courses.
Following her passion for digital commerce, she leads an active group supporting and promoting women in the retail and e-commerce industry, educating people on the basic elements of marketing, from personal branding to becoming a pro.
She enjoys connecting with people and building lifelong relationships.
Susan is an English language coach and proof reader from the UK who transitioned a career in finance and accounting and formed her own company in 2018.
Before moving to Singapore in 2014 she spent 15 years working for Allianz insurance in finance and operations roles and has extensive experience in managing large, diverse teams. Having worked in MNCs for most of her career, she has a unique insight in to large company cultures and working practices.
As a PrimeTime member and volunteer for the majority of her time in Singapore, Susan recognises the importance of having a strong professional network. She is keen to forge more partnerships on behalf of PrimeTime with like-minded organisations in Singapore in order to give members the best possible opportunities for their personal growth and development.
Sheetal is a Social Impact and Sustainability Consultant, passionate about helping organisations determine their approach to social responsibility. She has extensive experience in the media industry with a proven track record of launching many successful business campaigns.
She enjoys guiding teams through challenging and complex environments and believes in maximising performance by implementing operational improvements through innovative solutions.
Having lived across Europe and Asia, she is a strong advocate for gender diversity, equality and inclusion. Her intrigue in culture, history and art led her to be fluent in French and also spend several years researching medieval art.
She strongly believes in helping women achieve their highest potential which was what drew her to PrimeTime. Her vision is for PrimeTime to have a global reach and offer women the tools to reinvent themselves into who they want to be.
