Thanh-Tuyen is a consultant and a researcher by day and explores her deep interest for mindfulness in her spare time.

Her mindfulness practice goes back to the time when she was working as a corporate lawyer in an international law firm battling with stress and burnout. Now, after having completed her studies in neuroscience, she is dedicated to researching and sharing the impact of mindfulness and facilitating mindfulness programs for professionals and their families to support their well-being.

With a long-standing interest in technology and artificial intelligence, she is also a passionate contributor to the field of ethics and AI safety as well as a mentor for girls in science. 

She is a fervent advocate for brain health, and a strong believer in the power of neuroplasticity and our inner capacity to find resilience and thrive.

She holds a Master’s degree in corporate law from the University of Paris II, an LLM in banking and finance and a MSc in Neuroscience from King’s College London.
