Bertine van der Mast

Bertine is a senior professional in international business services with over a decade of experience in corporate law, project management and people development.

She specialised as a corporate M&A lawyer in a major Dutch law firm, advising clients on their corporate law matters while building business critical relationships. She transferred her planning, organisation and communication skills to the Embassy of the Netherlands in Beijing, where she managed successful government and Prime Minister visits to China while learning Mandarin and adapting quickly to the world of diplomacy.

Bertine then moved to Singapore and became a team engagement facilitator and Certified Emergenetics(R) Coach, impacting multinationals and governmental Ministries by enhancing and revitalising their team collaboration and productivity through harnessing team diversity.

She is passionate about people development and is currently studying for a diploma in Organisational Learning and Development at CPID. She is keen to expand the HR network within PrimeTime and promote knowledge sharing.
