Terms and Conditions of Membership

In consideration of your accepting me as a member of PrimeTime Business and Professional Women's Association (PrimeTime) and permitting me to participate from time to time in PrimeTime events, I:

1. declare that I am eligible to become a member (I am older than 21 years and I am female).

2. agree to abide by the rules of PrimeTime (including but not limited to the Constitution, By-Laws and Code of Conduct) and any rules of any events organised, supported, hosted or co- ordinated by PrimeTime; and

3. for myself, my heirs, executors, or administrators, remise release and forever discharge PrimeTime, its officers, servants and agents or other persons authorised by PrimeTime from any or all losses, costs (including reasonable legal fees), claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, on account of my death or on account of any injury (including injury resulting in death) however caused or sustained by me and however such a claim arises (whether in contract or tort) and for loss of or damage (however caused) to my personal belongings suffered at any time during my attending the said activities.

4. grant PrimeTime the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission concerning any photographs that may be taken of me, to use, reuse, publish, and republish the photographs in whole or in part, individually or in connection with other material, in any and all media now or hereafter known, including the internet, and for any purpose whatsoever, specifically including illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, and trade, without restriction as to alteration. I release and discharge PrimeTime from any and all claims and demands that may arise out of or in connection with the use of the photographs, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or violation of any right of publicity or privacy. This authorisation and release shall also inure to the benefit of the heirs, legal representatives, licensees, and assigns of PrimeTime.

Further, as a member of PrimeTime, I recognise that personal data is held for the purpose of membership communication and management. I acknowledge that, by submitting this membership application form, I have read and understood PrimeTime’s Data Protection Policy (the “Policy”) and consent to the collection, use and disclosure of my personal data by PrimeTime for the purposes set out in the Policy.
