Are you a strategic and innovative marketer with a knack for driving brand awareness and growth? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the Marketing Director.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy : Develop and implement a marketing strategy that promotes PrimeTime's mission of helping women achieve their highest potential through professional growth, social connection, and community outreach.  
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials, communications and channels.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Partner with board members and their teams to create targeted marketing strategies and campaigns to promote events, membership initiatives and programs, and other information (e.g. AGM).
  • Social Media: Utilise social media (organic and paid) to actively promote PrimeTime, events & initiatives, increase brand awareness and acquire new members, and encourage dialogue within the community. Monitor and report on impact. 
  • Website: Manage the website including creation of event pages, updating existing information and pages, and reporting on key metrics
  • What’s App Community: Be responsible for the promotion and usage of the WhatsApp community in partnership with other Board Members as a key internal channel. 
  • External Promotion: Promote PrimeTime within the Singapore community through various 3rd party channels and partnerships, to increase brand awareness, generate publicity for events and programs, and attract new members
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders inside and outside of PrimeTime, to inform content and campaign creation and member engagement
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the Board and President on the impact of marketing activity and use of budget
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, lead, and manage a team of volunteers, as required, providing adequate training and onboarding support
  • Attend the monthly Board meetings, 2nd Thursday events, Coffee Connections, and support as many other SIG events as possible to stay on the pulse of the PrimeTime community
  • Support the succession planning for this role: If you are unable to complete the board term, you are expected to help identify and train a successor and/or assist with recruitment campaigns and interviews
