Are you passionate about building a vibrant community and empowering women to thrive? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Membership Director.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Member Attraction:  Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to develop and implement member attraction strategies, including targeted campaigns, social media engagement, and networking events.  Interact with potential new members, providing them with information about PrimeTime and its benefits.  

• Member Engagement and Retention: Develop and implement member engagement initiatives to ensure a fulfilling and enjoyable membership experience. Develop and implement strategies to ensure member retention and long-term membership satisfaction.  

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members, serving as their main point of contact for membership-related inquiries and support.  

• Recruit, lead, and manage a team of volunteers to assist in the function, providing adequate training and onboarding support

• Attend the monthly Board meetings, 2nd Thursday events, Coffee Connections, and support as many other SIG events as possible to stay on the pulse of the PrimeTime community

• Assist with succession planning for this role. If you are unable to complete the board term, you are responsible for identifying and grooming a successor for this role
