Are you a dynamic and visionary leader with a passion for advancing women's empowerment and fostering a thriving community? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as the President of PrimeTime.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Leadership and Governance: Provide visionary leadership, ensuring the organisation operates in alignment with its mission and values. Collaborate with the Board of Directors to set strategic goals, policies, and initiatives that advance the organisation's mission Chair Board meetings, facilitate effective discussions, and drive consensus-based decision-making and oversee the implementation of Board decisions, ensuring transparency and accountability. 
• Stakeholder Engagement and Advocacy: Serve as the primary representative and spokesperson for PrimeTime, promoting its mission and initiatives to external stakeholders, including corporate partners, and community organisations. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key partners, fostering strategic alliances and collaborations to support PrimeTime's objectives. 
• Team Leadership and Development: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the Board of Directors, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment. Collaborate with Board members to identify and develop future leaders within the organisation
• Strategic Planning and Execution: Lead the development and execution of the organisation's strategic plans, ensuring alignment with the mission, vision, and values of PrimeTime.  Oversee the implementation of key initiatives, monitoring progress, and ensuring accountability for deliverables
• Financial Stewardship: Work closely with the Treasurer to ensure sound financial management, budgetary control, and compliance with relevant regulations
