Are you organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about making a difference? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Volunteer Director.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Volunteer Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement strategies for volunteer recruitment and retention. Conduct volunteer orientation sessions to familiarize new volunteers with PrimeTime's goals, programs, and volunteer policies
• Volunteer Coordination and Assignment: Match volunteers with suitable roles based on their skills, interests, and availability.  
• Volunteer Engagement and Recognition: Partner with Board colleagues to foster a positive and inclusive volunteer culture by creating opportunities for meaningful engagement and collaboration and organise volunteer appreciation events or initiatives to recognise and celebrate the contributions of volunteers
• Volunteer Training and Development: Collaborate with relevant Board directors and leaders to identify training needs for the volunteers in their team and provide ongoing support and guidance to volunteers, ensuring they have the necessary tools to excel in their roles.
• Volunteer Retention and Succession Planning: Implement strategies to promote volunteer retention, recognizing the importance of building long-term relationships with dedicated volunteers and identify potential volunteer leaders and assist in succession planning efforts.
