Signature Events: The Special Interest Groups (SIG)
The Human Resource Program offers discussions with guest speakers and industry experts on a wide range of topics relevant to the HR profession. Recent past events include; the Paradox of Engagement, exploring employee engagement; coaching and training workshops.
Events are not limited to HR Professionals, members and guests from all professional backgrounds are encouraged to join, to understand and explore people matters.
The goal is to organize such events around four to six times a year. If you would like a topic to be organized or would like to discuss any suggestions or ideas to this group, please contact one of the program leaders!

Human Resources Program Leaders
Caroline has over 20 years of experience working with diverse groups within the field of education in the UK and internationally.
An avid lifelong learner, Caroline holds a BA in Social Science, an MA in Educational Leadership and Management, Postgraduate certificates for teaching in further and international education and in Learning and Development.
She takes an active interest in D&I locally and internationally and in addressing the barriers that women face in achieving their potential in different arenas and in particular in the workplace.
She has led International Women’s Day events and worked with gender equality advocacy groups in Singapore to raise the profile of women. She was an active member of the Singapore British Chamber of Commerce, Women in Business committee and led D&I initiatives for the British Council.
An active member of PrimeTime since 2018, Caroline looks forward to empowering women to achieve their goals.

Bertine van der Mast
Bertine is a senior professional in international business services with over a decade of experience in corporate law, project management and people development.
She specialised as a corporate M&A lawyer in a major Dutch law firm, advising clients on their corporate law matters while building business critical relationships. She transferred her planning, organisation and communication skills to the Embassy of the Netherlands in Beijing, where she managed successful government and Prime Minister visits to China while learning Mandarin and adapting quickly to the world of diplomacy.
Bertine then moved to Singapore and became a team engagement facilitator and Certified Emergenetics(R) Coach, impacting multinationals and governmental Ministries by enhancing and revitalising their team collaboration and productivity through harnessing team diversity.
Bertine currently works at Clifford Chance law firm as Practice Management Advisor for the Global Financial Markets group in APAC, where she is responsible for people development and resource management. She is passionate about people development and keen to expand the Human Resources network within PrimeTime and to promote knowledge sharing.
