The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a key moment in the PrimeTime calendar — a time to reflect on the past year, celebrate our achievements, and set the course for the year ahead. As outlined in our Constitution, the AGM also marks the official appointment of the new Board Members for the upcoming term.
