Megumi Yoshinaga

Megumi is a highly accomplished serial entrepreneur known for her expertise in growth hacking and cross-border business expansion. She has successfully bootstrapped businesses in Dubai, India, Japan, and across North, South, and Latin America.

 

Megumi founded Arabian Mode, an award-winning Arabic fashion show empowering Muslim women post-Arab Spring. As a founding member of Firework, a pioneering short video app, she helped raise $250+ million from top Silicon Valley venture capitals, and established eight global offices across four continents. Megumi sits on the boards of numerous companies and actively assists early-stage startups in achieving global scalability.

 

She holds dual Bachelor's degrees from Waseda and Peking University and a Master's degree from Stanford University with Rotary Global Grant. Megumi also made history as the youngest Japanese representative at the G20 Summit in 2012 and the APEC CEO Summit in 2013, assisting Prime Minister Shinzo Abe promoting the Tokyo Olympics on an international stage.
