The Finance SIG aims to support the growth of women in the area of finance through knowledge sharing and facilitating an in-depth exchange between members. Throughout the year there are five sessions which focus on three themes:
- Women and money: The mindset of managing money
- Managing careers: The choices, implications and issues we face as our life changes and personal and financial needs change.
- The world around us: Exploring ‘the major shifts’ that we may face personally and professionally as macro-economic trends and long term perspectives change.
Speakers are successful professionals who share their insights, leading to facilitated group discussion so that participants feel that they are on top of both money and life. Topics range from personal finance, managing careers, macro-economic trends and planning for the future.
