Rachael is a strategic human resources leader with over 25+ years of international experience across industries such as Software, Insurance, Shipping and Manufacturing. She is the Founder and Principal Consultant of The Talent Thread and currently serves on advisory councils in Australia, Cyprus and Scotland. Rachael holds a BSc in Business Management from Kings College, London.

A certified board director with the Singapore Institute of Directors, Rachael has spent time volunteering for St John Ambulance, local amateur dramatic organisations and is currently a Mentor for Mentor Walks in Singapore. Originally from Australia, Rachael has lived in Japan and the UK and has a passion for singing and can, occasionally, be found performing in Singapore.
