Mexican with Dutch roots and now living internationally, Raisa brings a perspective shaped by genuine cross-cultural fluency, both professionally and personally. She holds a BA in Economics and a Diploma in Energy Economics from ITAM, Mexico, and speaks Spanish, English, and French.
As Vice President of PrimeTime, Raisa contributes to the organization's strategic direction, oversees international partnerships, and supports a diverse, internationally minded membership community based in Singapore.
