Rima is an experienced HR Business Partner with 18 years in human resources, including over 10 years leading teams across diverse, international companies. Throughout her career, she’s focused on aligning people strategies with business needs—helping teams perform at their best, driving change, and improving employee experience.

She’s held senior HR roles at IKEA Indonesia, Home Credit Indonesia, Covestro (in both Thailand and Indonesia), and Volvo Indonesia. In each role, Rima played a hands-on part in shaping people and culture strategies, supporting business transformation, and coaching HR teams to grow their skills and impact. Her work has led to more agile ways of working, stronger team engagement, and meaningful business results.

A firm believer in lifelong learning, Rima is currently enrolled in the NUS Global HR Leader Program, which she’ll complete in August 2025. Now based in Singapore, Rima is excited to bring her global HR experience and people-first mindset to the PrimeTime community.
