Sanjivani is international Finance Leader - originally from New Zealand, she has built a 15+ year international finance career across Singapore, Germany, France and New Zealand, leading financial strategy, business partnering and transformation for MNC and for leading audit and consulting firms. A Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ), she is known for translating complex financial and strategic questions into clear, actionable guidance for commercial and executive leadership.

Sanjivani is a committee member of the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association Singapore and a member of Eurochams. A PrimeTime member since 2026, she believes strongly in the association's mission to help every woman reach her highest potential — having relied on professional networks herself while building a career and a family across four countries, she knows firsthand what a difference the right community makes at the right moment.

As Program Director, Sanjivani hopes to bring her vast experience to strengthen PrimeTime's programmes, while creating more everyday ways for members to connect, learn and support one another between events. Outside PrimeTime, she's usually found exploring new cultures by travelling, reading and spending time with her family.
