Background and experience

Daria is an entrepreneur, ICF-accredited executive coach, and former corporate senior leader. From childhood in a Russian theater to life as an immigrant in Germany, living today between Europe, Singapore, and South Africa, Daria helps women live more authentic lives. She learned to be true to oneself, from ashrams in India to Taoist studies in China.

Mentoring approach

Mentoring, for me, is about contributing to the power of women. I’ve been a mentor for women in business for years. I love to inspire my mentees and, even more so, learn from them. It’s about building a real relationship and growing together.
