Bio

I am a Career and Communication Coach with over 10 years experience in the IT industry specializing in Data Center, Cloud and AI, both in engineering and business related roles. I have worked in a top tier IT multinational company as well as a Big Four consulting firm where I navigated between individual contributor and people manager roles. Although my background was in business and finance, I was able to pivot to a niche field of the IT industry. In 2018, I relocated from Japan to Singapore and later became an ICF credentialed coach at ACC level in 2021. I enjoy coaching on top of my day-to-day job, balancing life as a new mother and contributing to women empowerment initiatives.
