She has lectured in fashion design for over 16 years globally, mentoring award-winning designers and leading sourcing, as well as global experiences trips both in Asia and Europe.

Her work blends technical expertise with a passion for arts, culture, and mindful making, offering both in-person and online programmes that empower individuals to connect with their creativity and confidence through sewing. As a Bernina Singapore Ambassador and backstage organiser and manager of Eco Fashion Weekend Singapore, Arzelle has promoted sustainability, craftsmanship, and a mindful approach to creativity within the local scene.

As Co-Chair for Arts & Culture, she aims to bring this vision to the association by curating inspiring programmes that celebrate cultural diversity, spark meaningful conversations, and encourage members and guests to explore the role of creativity in everyday life.
