Cara Norkett

Originally from the UK, Cara has called Singapore home for over 12 years and is a Permanent Resident. She holds a degree in Linguistics from the University of Surrey Roehampton and began her career as an English as a Foreign Language teacher before transitioning into Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

Her career spans Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Marketing, Internal Communications, and Diversity & Inclusion across the UK, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific.

Passionate about people, Cara is known for her ability to build communities and bring individuals together. In recent years, her work has been centered on advancing inclusion and exploring the broad range of topics within this space. She values the continuous learning that comes with this journey and is committed to creating meaningful impact in every environment she contributes to.

Outside of work, Cara is a mother to two young girls and a nature and animal enthusiast. She volunteers with National Parks during the summer months, conducting marine surveys along Singapore’s East Coast.
