Jeanette Mok
Jeanette is a wellness practitioner and relationship educator who helps individuals and couples reconnect with themselves and each other. She blends Qigong, Sound Healing, and relationship workshops to support harmony, resilience, and growth.
With a background in matrimonial law, Jeanette later trained in the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Family Systems, and ACT. She is certified to facilitate Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work, Bringing Baby Home, and SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts) programs.
As a certified Associate Instructor of YOQI Qigong Flow and sound healing practitioner, she works with gongs, Himalayan Singing Bowls, and other therapeutic instruments to help people release stress and restore balance.
Living with lupus has deepened Jeanette’s passion for holistic health and integrative healing, which she brings into her work and community. Since 2022, she has served as Co-Chair of PrimeTime’s Special Interest Group, Prime Lunch, creating spaces for women to connect, learn, and grow together.
