For 10+ years I've worked in product and marketing, always sitting in the messy middle between design and engineering. I never quite fit one lane, and for a long time I thought that was a problem. 

 

Then AI changed everything. Suddenly the gap I'd spent a decade straddling collapsed. I could design, build, ship and market in the same afternoon. I run growgreat, a growth marketing studio for service businesses. I run the business with 3 human specialists, and AI runs our systems and workflows. 

 

Most of the information on AI right now is either hype or end-of-the-world doom. Neither one helps you actually use it. I want Primetime's AI group to be the room where women learn this properly: what's worth your time, what isn't, what to build, and how to use it productively without losing the human bit. 

 

AI has taken the boring, repetitive work off my plate and given me back time to play, learn and create. I want to bring in events and conversations that do the same for you.
