As a SIG Co-Chair, you'll be at the forefront of creating a vibrant and engaging community. Here's how you'll make a difference:

• Curate Captivating Events: Develop workshops, speaker sessions, and discussions relevant to your SIG's theme. Find inspiring speakers, craft compelling content, and keep members engaged.
• Foster a Flourishing Community: Build a welcoming space where women feel comfortable learning, sharing expertise, and connecting with like-minded individuals.
• Grow and Engage Members: Actively recruit new members and develop strategies to increase participation and belonging within your SIG.
• Lead with Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the SIG Team Leader and other Co-Chairs to ensure a cohesive program across all SIGs. Share ideas and collaborate on exciting initiatives.
• Plan and Execute Flawless Events: Assist with logistics, budgeting, marketing, and promotion of your SIG events. Partner with the PrimeTime Events team for seamless integration.
• Continuously Improve: Collect feedback, assess event effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.Implement feedback to enhance future events.
• Leverage Your Network: Utilize your expertise and connections to identify engaging speakers and experts to share their knowledge with members.
