With over 15 years of experience as a finance professional, Katja brings a wealth of expertise cultivated across the Retail and Digital sectors within consumer-facing FTSE-100 and FTSE-250 organizations. Her journey encompasses diverse finance roles, enriched by extensive international exposure, and fortified by training as a Chartered Accountant with the Big 4 early on in her career.

Katja's professional voyage has been marked by a series of accomplishments, reflecting her proficiency in financial control, strategy, project management, business planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, and audit. 

Having relocated from London to Singapore 5 years ago as a trailing spouse, she took a career break to prioritize family commitments. She is poised to reignite her professional journey and channel her passion for leadership into a new chapter.

In her spare time, Katja enjoys spending time with her kids, playing tennis, travelling, cooking and is passionate about the ever-important topic of sustainability. She's also currently studying a course through Yale University on digital transformations, recognizing the importance of navigating this landscape in today's corporate world.
