With extensive experience across Singapore and India and a Master’s degree in marketing management (MMM), Milita has the expertise of developing and executing integrated marketing plans for the FMCG industry. She is proficient in brand partnership marketing, community engagement and innovations leading to business growth.
In Singapore, she excelled as a Brand Alliances Manager at The Economist and as a Communications Project Manager with the Alliance to End Plastic Waste. In India, she launched a Ready-To-Eat range of products for Kraft Heinz taking it from recipe to supermarket shelves and was the first brand manager in India who innovated and established McDonald's Happy Meals as a success story in 2001.
Proficient in both Traditional and Digital media while working with Saatchi & Saatchi on Procter & Gamble and The Economist planning respectively, she can navigate the media landscape through her understanding of paid owned and earned media strategies.
Furthermore, her volunteering endeavours in Singapore at such as supporting the Partnership Director and Marketing Director from 2021 to date at PrimeTime besides training & serving as a qualified docent as a Chinatown guide with the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), underscores her commitment to community enrichment.
