With over 12 years of Corporate experience in the Consumer Insights and Loyalty marketing domain, Niharika is a
dedicated professional who has worked across different geographies in APAC such as Malaysia, Indonesia and
Singapore.

 

She is currently heading the Membership function at adidas, and has had her previous stint with The
Bodyshop, APAC in the Loyalty domain. Her experience includes Analytics, Marketing campaign roll outs, crafting
retention and acquisition strategies for the APAC markets.


Niharika has an insight driven, customer/ audience oriented mindset, which helps her strike a balance between
business objectives and consumer expectations/ realities.


When not at work, you may find Niharika spending her time with her plants in her balcony or exploring some
lesser known places/ corners in Singapore.
