What do you do for a living?

I am involved in startups and business development. Currently, I am working at a company specializing in immersive dining.

Reason for joining PrimeTime and duration of membership: 

I sought to be part of a community of like-minded women and discovered PrimeTime. I became a member in July 2023.

What do you love about Singapore?

There are numerous aspects I adore about Singapore. The variety of food is incredible, offering the chance to try different cuisines without traveling to another country. The people are kind and friendly, and there is no racial discrimination. I feel safe and welcome here. I particularly appreciate the warm weather, the rich cultural tapestry, and the mix of nationalities. Singapore boasts beautiful landmarks and numerous photo spots, making it an ideal place to explore.

Favorite travel destination and next on your list: 

My favorite travel destination so far is Japan, and Australia is next on my list.

How do you define success?

For me, success is synonymous with happiness and harmony in life.

Biggest/best risk you have taken:

The most significant risk I've taken is moving to Singapore by myself without any backup plan. I enabled the ability to live abroad by learning the language and culture, making connections.

Who inspires you?

I find inspiration in the people I meet. At first glance, they might seem ordinary, but everyone has a unique story, and it's always fascinating.

The last book I read is "Narratives" by Mette Johannson.

Favourite quote:

"Be yourself - everyone else is already taken."

If you were a superhero, what powers would you have?

I would be a cat whisperer. I have a fondness for felines and wouldn't mind having a conversation with them.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

In my free time, I enjoy long walks in a park, wakeboarding, and reading.

Advice to your 10-year-old self:

Listen to yourself, try and learn, never ever give up, stay curious, and remember that adults are not always right.
