PrimeTime Joins the Summit for Action on Gender Equality (SAGE) 2024

We are excited to share that PrimeTime recently participated in the Summit for Action on Gender Equality (SAGE) 2024, organized by the Singapore Council of Women's Organisations (SCWO). The summit was a significant event that brought together diverse voices to tackle key issues such as gender equality, caregiving, and the aging population in Singapore.

The summit provided a valuable perspective on Singapore's progress in gender equality, while also highlighting the ongoing challenges women face globally. The discussions emphasized the immense pressure on women to balance work and caregiving roles, and the need for a collective effort from governments, businesses, and communities to address these issues.

Notably, the event underscored the crucial role of the business sector in fostering diversity and implementing fair workplace policies. Normalizing shared caregiving responsibilities was identified as a key factor in advancing gender equality worldwide.We were honored to hear from distinguished speakers including President Tharman Shanmugaratnam and Jennifer Sciubba Ph.D., and to connect with like-minded individuals dedicated to these important causes.
