A Very Special PrimeTime AGM & Member Trade Fair

This May, we invite all current PrimeTime Members to join us for a truly special evening — the PrimeTime Annual General Meeting (AGM), reimagined to celebrate the strength and spirit of our community.

Celebrating Our Community with a New Twist

To mark the occasion, we’re introducing something new: the PrimeTime Members' Trade Fair. This showcase is designed to spotlight our talented member entrepreneurs, giving them a platform to share their services, products, and stories. From coaches and consultants to artists, bakers, designers and wellness experts — this is your chance to connect with and support the women who make our community so dynamic.

What to Expect on the Evening

The evening will begin with the Trade Fair and open networking, creating a vibrant space for discovery and conversation. After this opening hour, we will move into the formal AGM segment — a key annual event where we reflect on our achievements over the past year, acknowledge the incredible contributions of our volunteers, and most importantly, elect the new Executive Board for 2025–2026. Nominations will be shared on the website two weeks prior, and voting will take place during the AGM.

Once the formalities are complete, the Trade Fair and networking will resume, giving everyone a final chance to connect, explore, and celebrate what PrimeTime is all about: community, empowerment, and mutual support.

Be Part of the Trade Fair

If you are a current Member with a business you'd like to promote, we encourage you to apply for a spot in the Trade Fair by completing this form no later than 30 April 2025. Participation is open to all industries and business types — whether you’re offering coaching services, selling handmade crafts, or launching a new consultancy. All that’s required is passion and the willingness to share your story.
