Your Main responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

  • Collaborate with the Programmes Director to shape the team's strategic vision.
  • Develop a holistic strategy for meeting the career and personal development needs of professional women.

Team Management:

  • Lead and support the Programmes team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Program Development:

  • Contribute to diverse program creation and execution, catering to professional women's needs.
  • Collaborate with program chairpersons for focused professional development initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Engage with members, sponsors, and partners to gather feedback and enhance programs.
  • Build relationships with external organizations and experts to enrich program offerings.

Program Evaluation:

  • Establish evaluation metrics to assess program impact.
  • Monitor outcomes and report achievements to stakeholders.

Leadership Support:

  • Assist in recruiting and mentoring program co-chairs.

Succession Planning:

  • Collaborate on identifying and grooming a potential successor for the role.
