Your Main responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:

Team Management:
- Lead and support the Programmes team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Program Development:
- Contribute to diverse program creation and execution, catering to professional women's needs.
- Collaborate with program chairpersons for focused professional development initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage with members, sponsors, and partners to gather feedback and enhance programs.
- Build relationships with external organizations and experts to enrich program offerings.
Program Evaluation:
- Establish evaluation metrics to assess program impact.
- Monitor outcomes and report achievements to stakeholders.
Leadership Support:
- Assist in recruiting and mentoring program co-chairs.
Succession Planning:
- Collaborate on identifying and grooming a potential successor for the role.
