Join Our Team! We're on the look out for a Leadership Programme Co-Chair.
Are you passionate about increasing women's self-awareness, gaining clarity, and being better at making resonant choices? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Leadership Programme Co-Chair.
Your Main Responsibilities
Programme Development:
- Create a comprehensive Leadership Programme with structured workshops, actionable tools, and expert guidance.
- Address self-awareness, executive presence, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
Participant Engagement:
- Lead participants, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive community for shared learning and achievement.
Coach Recruitment:
- Identify and onboard skilled volunteer coaches and facilitators aligned with program objectives.
Goal-Oriented Approach:
- Assist participants in defining personal development plans, enhancing self-awareness, and leveraging leadership strengths.
Programme Delivery:
- Oversee workshop and coaching sessions to provide valuable insights and strategies for daily leadership roles.
Resource Integration:
- Incorporate relevant leadership resources and best practices to enhance program effectiveness.
Community Building:
- Cultivate a strong, collaborative community, facilitating networking and peer support.
Continuous Improvement:
- Collect participant feedback to enhance program content and delivery.
Certified Coaching:
- Ensure the program is delivered by certified coaches in line with PrimeTime's coaching standards.
Impact Assessment:
- Measure and evaluate the program's impact on leadership skills, self-awareness, and career growth.
Collaborative Outreach:
- Collaborate with PrimeTime's leadership and marketing teams to promote the Leadership Programme within and beyond the PrimeTime community.
