Annual General Meeting 2026

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is when PrimeTime members come together to look back on the year, vote in the new Board, and set the direction for what comes next. Under our Constitution, the AGM is where new Board Members are formally appointed for the upcoming term.

If you have not signed up yet for the AGM on Thursday, 14 May 2026, please do so today.

This year, members will vote in the new Executive Committee that will lead PrimeTime over the next term. The Members Trade Fair is also back, with stalls run by PrimeTime members showcasing their businesses. Dinner and wine follow, so it is a good chance to catch up with the rest of the membership.

We have most of the Board nominations in, but two roles are still open: Joint Vice President and Events Director. Filling these will be a priority for the new Board after the election.
